Who we are

Veloradent Dental Clinic LLC operates dental clinics in Al Hanaa Centre (Trade Centre) and Indigo Tower (JLT), Dubai. We are responsible for the personal and health information you give us through this website and at our clinics.

What we collect

When you send a form we collect your name, phone number, optional email address, your preferred clinic, treatment and time, and anything you write in the message field. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.

At the clinic we keep your medical and dental history, X-rays, scans, photographs and treatment notes, as required by the Dubai Health Authority.

How we use it

We use your details to contact you about your request, arrange and remind you of appointments, provide treatment, process insurance claims you ask us to make, and meet our legal and regulatory obligations. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Only with people who need it to care for you or process payment: our clinical team, your insurer or its claims administrator when you ask us to bill them, dental laboratories that make your crowns or aligners, and authorities when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Website enquiries that do not lead to an appointment are deleted after 12 months. Patient records are kept for the period required by UAE health regulations.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask us to correct it, or ask us to stop contacting you about offers. Write to [email protected] or speak to reception at either clinic.
